Processing & Handling

• Orders are processed within 5–7 business days of purchase.

• Each artwork is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for safe transport.

• Custom or commissioned artworks may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be communicated before purchase.

Packaging

• All artwork is packaged with professional-grade materials to ensure protection during transit.

• Framed works and canvas pieces are securely wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed.

• Works on paper are shipped flat or in mailing tubes, depending on size and fragility.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with tracking provided on all orders.

• Large or high-value artworks may be shipped via specialized art courier or freight services.

• Expedited shipping is available upon request and at additional cost.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination at checkout.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary (typically 2–4 weeks).

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Insurance & Liability

• All shipments are insured for the full value of the artwork.

• In the rare event of damage or loss, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we may file a claim and work on a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the unique nature of artwork, all sales are final.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

• Local pickup or delivery may be available for clients within Atlanta, GA and Baton Rouge, LA. Please contact to arrange.
